Canada Day will be held on July 1 this summer. Canada Day marks the anniversary of Canada’s confederation and Canadians commemorate the day with parades, fireworks, cookouts and concerts. The popularity of the holiday has been on the incline since the late 1960’s and has since become a nationwide celebration.

Vancouver features numerous events, all of which include beautiful venues and fun activities. The biggest Canada Day celebrations, including the iconic fireworks display, are being held at Granville Island, one of Vancouver’s most famous landmarks. Another highlight of the day is the Canada Place street festival (Canada place is also the venue for Brain 2015).

Come to Brain 2015 and stay to enjoy a memorable Canadian experience.
